Staff are always friendly and helpful. They helped me find a vet to care for my goats. Dr. Kilpatrick always takes the time to sit down and explain Sadie’s condition as well asthe optional treatments. I trust Southside and their care. They don’t try to sell you anything and help to keep treatment within my budget.
Would not take my dog anywhere else. Very clean, the staff is great, and the doctor is very good with my dog. Great place — try it, you will be very happy you did. Takes a lot of time and answers all your questions.

We needed some last-minute vaccinations for our dogs so we could go to the Bahamas. We were given a quick appointment and were very pleased with Dr. Kilpatrick and the entire staff. He took time to talk with us and was very thorough with our dogs. By far the best vet we have ever been to. What a lucky find.
Dr. Kilpatrick is a very caring man who takes time to explain things to you and try to calm any fears. Definitely glad I found him and his wonderful staff.
They are compassionate about helping ALL pets. My family has been going here for 20 years, and they’ve taken care of every animal from our chameleons to our dogs. They definitely are the place to go if you’re in need of a vet.
