Do you accept emergency or urgent care cases?

Yes — we accept walk-in emergency and urgent care visits during business hours. If your pet is experiencing an urgent issue, such as vomiting, diarrhea, a seizure, or a wound, please come in as soon as possible. If you’re able, call us ahead of time at (772) 562-7845 so we can prepare for your pet’s arrival.

We’re located just west of U.S. 1 and south of Route 60, with free parking available in front of our entrance.

Do you treat exotic pets?

Yes — Southside Veterinary Hospital proudly provides veterinary care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Our team has experience treating a variety of exotic species, including rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, turtles, and small mammals. If you’re unsure whether we treat your pet’s species, please don’t hesitate to call us.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We recommend making an appointment for routine care, wellness exams, and vaccinations. However, at Southside Veterinary Hospital, we also accept walk-in visits for emergencies and urgent care during business hours. To schedule an appointment, call us or use our online form.

Do you offer spay and neuter services?
